Ask airports, hotels, bars, restaurants, and other public locations to Turn Off Fox News!
As mentioned on the Home Page, please bring your request to the establishment's owners or managers. Avoid confronting the patrons of the establishment—especially if they are in the midst of watching Fox News. Above all, be polite!

Since this website is new (starting in late July 2010), our ultimate direction is still in development. As of now, we plan to have one page listing businesses that have agreed to Turn Off Fox News and another page listing businesses that have refused to change the channel.
Additionally, we want to acknowledge—and perhaps reward—those who have taken the time to talk to businesses about turning off Fox News. We will, of course, respect the privacy of those who do not wish to be acknowledged.
So please, keep us in mind as you are out and about. If you talk to a business about Fox, please let us know what happened (good or bad) by going to the "Fox Free Businesses" or "Fox Supporters" pages and filling out the brief form.
